What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping speeds for domestic orders:
- Economy Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE Economy shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Economy Shipping:
- FREE on orders $50+
- $4.90 for orders up to 5 lbs
- $19.90 for orders 5-70 lbs
Standard Shipping:
- $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb
- $9.90 for orders 1-5 lbs
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 30 countries including Canada, Australia, UK, EU countries, Japan, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight using USPS and DHL Express.
How long does international shipping take?
International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on your destination.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Creamys purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
